1. License Grant
By purchasing or using DrakoCtrl (“the Software”), you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software according to the tier you purchased.

2. Restrictions
You may NOT:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
- Copy, modify, or distribute the Software without authorization
- Share, sell, or transfer your License Key to a third party
- Use the Software for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Attempt to bypass the licensing or anti-tamper system
- Use the Software in a way that violates Apple’s Terms of Service
3. License Key
- Each License Key is bound to a specific machine (hardware ID)
- Sharing or leaking keys will result in immediate revocation
- Machine changes can be handled via admin support
4. Termination
This license is automatically terminated if you violate any terms of this agreement. Upon termination, you must uninstall the Software and destroy all copies. The developer reserves the right to revoke any license at any time for violations.
5. Liability Limitation
The Software is provided “AS IS” without warranty of any kind. The developer is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software, including but not limited to device damage, data loss, or business interruption.
Maximum total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the license in the last 12 months.
6. Updates and Changes
The developer reserves the right to update this EULA at any time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
